YRARC Public Service Event Call Out - Cold Creek Syrup Fest March 11, 2023

This is the formal call out for volunteers for support of the following event.  

Who:  King Township 

What:  Cold Creek Syrup Fest

Where:  Cold Creek Conservation Area, Nobleton ON. www.ColdCreek.ca  

When:  Saturday, March 11, 2023  Radio Club hours 9:00am to 3:00pm  (Public Hours 10AM-2PM)

Role: Provide communications andvisitor/vehicle management and safety

Number of Volunteers:  12   

Trailer:  The trailer will be on site, Transport managed by Chris VA3DXG

More details as they are made available to me.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you can support this event so that I can respond to the town with radio club's willingness to participate in this event.
