In celebrating 100 years of transatlantic amateur communication, members of YRARC will operate as call sign CF3BP when hosting this special event from November 13 to December 12
Bands are 160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 2m, 70cm.
Modes are CW, Phone, FT8/4, and other (ie. SSTV, RRTY, etc).
Operators are encouraged to use their own equipment and operate from their home QTH, setup in a park, or other location.
To participate as an operator during the event, members must send an email to CF3BP...@yrarc.org to signup as an operator.
Once you get a confirmation, member operators can signup for 2hr timeslots to use the callsign and activate the event. Operations can take place simultaneously on different bands and modes. This provides lots of opportunities for members to operate at convenient times and use the equipment you already have.
The daily schedule will be posted on the YRARC website, and will be linked in QRZ.
Operators will submit electronic logs as .ADIF files to pres...@yrarc.org
More information about the event can be found at https://www.yrarc.org/cf3bp or https://www.qrz.com/db/CF3BP
