This week's "YRARC Winlink Wednesday" is about speed of access.
Send any kind of message with or without a form to VA3MCT. You can use any kind of connection, whether via telnet, VARA HF, VARA FM, Packet, ARDOP, you get to choose.
But … please record your best speed that you can access the CMS system with, both for HF and for VHF/UHF.
This is likely to be with Packet or VARA FM for VHF/UHF and with VARA HF for HF connections, but it might also depend on your available license for VARA.
You may only have access to one VARA FM or Packet RMS, but you will likely have access to many HF RMS stations, but which one or two give you the best results?
Please state in your message what session type you used and if you used a local RMS, please state which ones worked for you.
Looking forward to your checkins.
Try multiple connections at different times of day and different bands.
What works best in the morning, afternoon or evening?

I will run an evening session on Thursdays on how to get going with Winlink, basic setup and use.
