This is a call out for yet another Classic Car Show event in Sutton. Hidden Farms are the main group that the club helped out last year.

Time: 7:30am to 3:00pm approx.
Location: Hidden Stone Farm: 3504 Baseline Rd, Sutton West. (Across from York Regional Police 3 District HQ)
Role: Vehicle and people management.
Volunteers Required: 12-16

Hi Eric
As you know, I will be attending the Hidden Farms 'show'.
Just a thought: if you are planning to, or if you would like to use the trailer for this show, may I suggest that we leave it here at my home, I move it over to Hidden Farms and then, whether David moves it back to Bales or I do it will get back safely. I did say I would move it to Bales tomorrow but the day that I tow it to Bales is arbitrary.
I have not discussed this with Barry to this point but I'm sure arrangements can be made.
The trailer is safe here and that plan will solve someone making a 'double move'.
Your call. Please let me know. Right now I am scheduled to take the club trailer to Bales ... tomorrow. BTW, the tower trailer is on the grass and out of the way from EMS functions so possibly they will not mind when our units are re-located to their parking spots.
