Call out info for a new Classic Car Show event in Sutton. This group was part of the Dirty Birtz/Hidden Farms event last year.

Event: Motor Mania ( Kinsmen)

Location:  Sutton Fair Grounds

Date: Saturday, September 6.

Time: On site for 9am to 2pm apprx.

Role: Vehicle and visitor management.

I may not be available for this event. If someone can step up to drive this event please.

Hi Eric

I will co-ordinate the on site staffing at the Motor Mania event at the Sutton fair grounds on September 6th if you require.

Please establish the basics as per your usual and send the the info as well as the contact info. I can slip over and preview the site and get an idea of the required staffing, and the anticipated space requirements, although a google satelite will give you a pretty good idea of the venue.

If we can get a member to move the trailer I think it would be an asset.

Hopefully we can have a good turnout.

I did speak with Danny from Hwy11. I did say Eileen and I will be on holidays during the next Hwy11 event at the Sharon Temple but look forward to seeing him in the future.
