Hello everyone,

We have two updates to share this month, both shaped by your feedback in the first Hive transformation check-in survey. Thanks again to everyone who shared their thoughts.

Change Network

We can now invite nominees to join our expanding Change Network, a space for anyone in any department to have a hands-on role in the transformation. These Change Advocates will be key in helping those they work with to understand, test and prepare for the changes ahead.

A special mention to Clare Renwick for a heroic effort in getting this up and running – and to the 60+ staff who’ve already signed up so far. We’re working with leaders to promote the opportunity among all communities across the University to make sure representation is as diverse as possible.

Change Roadshow

For a deeper dive into the programme and the benefits it will bring, we’re hosting a series of online discussions in the coming weeks. These will also be a great way to see how the Change Network fits into the bigger picture going forward.

The first set of sessions is open for bookings, with more to follow later in the year if demand stays high, so please do encourage anyone not already familiar with the programme to book their place.

Next steps

We’re also excited to share a first top-level look at Workday, with a fuller picture of which systems it will replace or integrate with when we go live.

The nitty-gritty details of user testing and training will emerge through our conversations with the Change Network throughout spring, so thanks for your patience while the programme continues to take shape.
