Happy New Year, everyone. Welcome to the first of our monthly updates around the HR and Finance Transformation Programme as we start getting the word out across the University.
The programme teams have been busy behind the scenes, together with great input from a range of wider subject-matter experts. Until March, we’ll be doing deep dives into current processes and their challenges, looking at how we can adopt best practice to simplify and standardise them.
We’ve refreshed the web hub as your one-stop shop for any information and preparation going forward, and will build it out as more details become clearer in the coming weeks and months. Feel free to share it with anyone you work with as an introduction.
We’ll be providing monthly updates through Slack and email to keep everyone in the loop about progress throughout the year. In our February update, we’ll be able to share more in-depth information around the improvements in store for different roles.
