Safe Doc Update v1.34.2

Hi Admins,

We released a new version of Safe Doc v1.34.2. Here are the updates.

1. Added a new policy BlockChatRooms to disable the Rooms and Group conversations feature in Google Chat. Some schools enable Google Chat service for students for facilitating communication between teachers and students. While collaboration and convenience are on the bright side, it's also unneglectable that students create rooms, flock around and share inappropriate content (pics, docs etc.) without administrative control. 
   
   
2. Fix an issue of the policy BlockUnnicknamedMeeting accidentally showing in Google Chat's Meet feature.
3. Fix the BlockEmojis policy not blocking emojis in Gmail / Chat / Hangouts as Google's updates. 
4. Improved the BlockComment to remove the Add comment button in Spreadsheet.
