I'm wondering if there is a setting that is doing this because users who don't have Safe Doc installed it works fine for, but those that have it installed are having this issue.

When SafeDoc is installed, in a google doc, the "editing" is showing instead of just the pencil. This then screws up the Google Docs editing bar.

Here is a picture of the doc without SafeDoc installed.

Here is the same document with SafeDoc installed.

Is there a setting that is causing this to happen? Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Yes, it turned out to be a conflict issue with xFanatical Safe Doc and Google Docs editors.

We're aware of the issue as reported by our Safe Doc customers, and we recently posted an update.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the fix to reach to your students' devices. There is no action needed from your side.
