about:blank page offline games from GDrive

Is there a way for Safe Doc to do this:

"I ended up needing to make a chrome extension that if they are on an about:blank page for more than 5-10 seconds it force closes the tab. Certain sites use it but it's normally only for a few seconds at most."

Hello, 

While xFanatical Safe Doc doesn't have a policy for this particular case, you can mitigate the issue in the following ways.

• Block downloading. Disallow students from downloading the game pages as HTML files. Under your Google Admin > Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers > DownloadRestrictions, set the policy to Block all downloads. 
• Block opening offline files. Add a wildcard blacklist url file://* to block students from opening any offline files, including the downloaded HTML files. Under your Google Admin > Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers > URL blocking, in the Blocked URLs, add file://* as a new line.
• Block students from using bookmarklet to inject games into pages.
