IXL Games Block

Before I spend time determining if it is in our Google Admin settings.... I was wondering if  it is a  Safe Doc setting that is preventing Games in IXL from playing?  Students can get to the game but cannot play (lower case i symbol shows up in the game screen).

A teacher would like students to have access, but I know probably won't be able to allow as I believe this will unblock other games on other sites - which we don't want!

Hello Lisa, 

xFanatical Safe Doc does not have policies that may prevent Games in IXL from playing. 

Currently Safe Doc focuses on working with Google Workspace for Education services, e.g. Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Search, YouTube, Chrome. 

It's possible some other network solutions are blocking the game from loading correctly in IXL.
