Allow spaces URL while blocking the search spaces etc.

Hi,

We Enabled

"BlockChatCreateSpace": {

"Value": true

}

When a student has a direct URL to a space, it should open. Within the chat, if they add multiple users, the URL changes to spaces. But once in spaces we don't want them seeing the Buttons to explore spaces.
