Hi Admins,

Welcome back to school! Best wishes for the new school year. 

I'd like to share Safe Doc updates with you in the past months. 

1. Added policy BlockYoutubeEmbedPlayerFeatures to remove features in Youtube embedded videos, including the recommended videos, the Youtube button on the control bar, the Copy Link button, the Watch Later button and the right-click Context menu. These features distract students from learning teacher embedded videos.
   
   
   
   
2. Added policy BlockDriveMakeCopy to remove the Make a copy feature in all Google apps.
   
   
3. Updated the policies BlockDriveSharedLinks and AutoRevokeDriveSharing for easier configuration. The Blacklist and BlacklistExceptions now both support sub OUs. Limiting sharing between students can be as simple as follows. 
   
   
4. Updated policy BlockEmojis to block the Emoji reaction button or specific inappropriate emojis on the edge of Google Docs
   
   
5. Updated policy BlockDriveShare to block the sharing dialog in Gmail when a student shares a Drive file with another student.
   
   And blocks the "Manage access" button on the right side details panel of  Google Drive.
