Safedoc Drive Share not turning off the button

Hello all,

I am having an issue with Safedoc not turning off the Share button when the students first load a google app. If the page is refreshed it disappears. We have checked the policy and its loading, the umbrella is green. while. If the page is not refreshed the students can share which is unwanted. It is an intermittent problem across different Chromebooks and users.

Suggestions?

Hello John, 

If Safe Doc is loaded and activated first before the new Docs page is loaded, then Safe Doc should block the Share buttons. 

Is the Google app an external app or just a new Chrome tab? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
