Gemini Business license assignment

Hello,

We are attempting to use a Data Upload -> Assign user license rule to assign specific Google licenses to employees from a CSV file. The license we are attempting to assign is Gemini Business. However, when we attempt to use the Assign user license step, Gemini Business is not listed in the available SKU ID's in the rule configuration. Is there a workaround that would allow us to achieve the same objective a different way?

Hello Dan, 

Gemini is part of Google Workspace Business plans now. It's not a separate add-on requiring licenses. See Gemini AI features now included in Google Workspace subscriptions.

If you're referring to the new Google AI Ultra for Business Google introduced in June 2025, then yes, you can bulk assigning licenses in xFanatical Foresight using the Gemini for Google Workspace product > Google AI Ultra for Business SKU.
