Insufficient Privaleges

I'm getting this error:  Can't create the rule. Insufficient admin permissions. Please try again.

I'm on a trial account, not sure why I can't create this 2nd rule. Please advise.

This error is because your associated Google account does not have an Administrator role with the necessary privileges to manage users, groups or organizational units etc.

Please learn more about assigning administrator roles to the Google account in Google Admin Console.

I do have permissions to manage users, groups and OU's though....

I was able to create this rule below and I'm able to add/edit users and groups in our google account. I don't have access to OU's in our google account.

Thanks for the screenshot. Your rule does not require OU permissions to execute. The OU permission is requested when you configure the User created trigger's OU filtering condition.

Right, it should not be telling me I don't have the right permissions but it is. So what should I do?

Which trigger and actions are you looking to add in your 2nd rule? 

Your Google account may have sufficient user, group, or OU privileges for building the 1st rule, but not for the trigger and actions in your 2nd rule.

The Group member added trigger needs a Reports admin privilege to operate, apart from the user, group and OU privileges. 

Please ask your domain Super Administrator to assign you a custom role with the Reports privilege. 

Once your Google account has this privilege, you will be able to set up the rule successfully.
