We’re excited to announce the release of xFanatical Foresight v4.13.0! This update brings a powerful set of new templates and actions to expand your automation possibilities, along with a redesigned If action for more flexible workflows. We’ve also addressed several bugs, enhanced security, and refined templates and log messages to improve clarity and reliability.

This release continues our commitment to making xFanatical Foresight faster, smarter, and easier to use — helping you save time and unlock more value from Google Workspace automation.

xFanatical Foresight Product Updates Version 4.13.0 .

New features

• 7 new templates:

  • [Template] Daily Standup Reminder in Google Chat

  • [Template] Bulk delete Google user profile photos

  • [Template] Schedule bulk user suspension in an organizational unit

  • [Template] Bulk transfer ownership of Google groups

  • [Template] Bulk update Google user profile photos

• New actions:

  • Upload file to Drive action.

  • Change text case action

  • Get part of text action.

  • Export Google Doc as PDF action.

• Enhancements to existing actions:

  • Supports variables in the Create user action mapping to the provided field data to save time from setting the same data in subsequent actions.

  • Supports New file name field for the action Copy Google Drive file.

  • Redesigned the If action’s condition configuration experience, and support variables on the value part of a condition to enable more automation capability, such as “If a user’s last sign-in time is before 2 weeks ago”.

Bugfixes

• Fixed a rare issue that Calendar event started doesn’t trigger when deleting other events.

• Fixed Unknown error reason for the Update employee information and many other employee information related actions.

• Fixed Unknown error reason for the Suspend user action.

• Fixed an Unknown error reason in the Deprovision Chrome device, Disable Chrome device and Re-enable Chrome device actions.

• Fixed a rare issue of notification count showing negative numbers.

• Fixed a duplicate template group name issue of “Google Workspace user management automation”.

• Improved the automation log message for the Create calendar buffer events for better clarity.

• Improved the template Create user by schedule

• Updated security.
