Hi,

I am trying to setup ACL to automatically share all calendars between two seperate Google Workspaces, is there any option to bulk update ACL for selected uses via a CSV upload ?

Hello,

Currently xFanatical Foresight doesn't have the Google Calendar ACL integrations. We're on our way to develop new ACL integrations in the next release that would support your use case.
To ensure it meets your needs, could you please describe your use case in more detail and what you're trying to achieve below?
  • Are you the Super Admin or an Admin with the Manage Calendar privilege?
Only these admins are allowed to manage calendars on behalf of users and groups. Non-privileged users can only manage calendars on their subscribed calendars with managing sharing permission.
  • Is the sharing unidirectional or bi-directional
Your Google account can only manage one Google Workspace domain. To manage bi-directional sharing, you need a Google account from Domain 2.
  • Which access level are you looking to share, See only free/busy (hide details), See all event details, Make changes to events or Make changes and manage sharing?
  • To share a calendar from Domain 1 with Domain 2, that means adding {domain2.com}@allusers.d.calendar.google.com to the ACL. Users in Domain 2 can see the events from Domain 1. Is this what you expect?
  • Bulk update calendar ACL is a one-time automation. Do you also need to update ACLs for new calendars?
Thank you.
