xFanatical Foresight Product Update v4.12.0

Dear xFanatical Foresight users, 

We're excited to announce the launch of a new xFanatical Foresight version 4.12.0. Our engineering team has worked diligently over the past year to develop the product, delivering the latest features and automation capabilities. Here are the key highlights of the release.

Template feature 

As the standout feature in this release, the Template gallery helps you set up automations faster and more accurately. It offers a curated list of popular business workflows in Google Workspace. The feature simplifies the automation rule setup to just a few clicks, and guides you through customization to meet your organization's needs.  

Archiving rules

This feature lets you archive unused automation rules, helping you stay organized as your personal or business workflows evolve. Over time, the Rules page become cluttered with outdated or one-time workflows. Archiving allows you to move these to a dedicated Archive page, keeping your Rules page focused and easy to manage with only active automations.

New Actions

This release introduces 2 new actions with integration of Google Drive and Google Docs.

• Copy Google Drive file. Copies a Google Drive file, similar to the Make a copy feature in the Google Drive app.
• Replace Google Docs text. Finds and replaces texts in a Google Document.

New Elite pricing plan

Starting with this release, we're introducing a new Elite plan that includes exclusive features, such as those highlighted above. We will continue to provide security updates and issue fixes for customers on the Professional pricing plan.

Issue fixes and usability improvements

• Fixed unknown reason issues for multiples actions, such as Reset user password, Update data to rule, or Add group member.
• Improved page loading performances. The Rules page loads much faster than previous versions.
• Enhanced security.
