Is there any way to pull up reports of all groups with the list of members?

Hello, 

xFanatical Foresight supports 

• Exporting all members of a Google group as a CSV file in the List group members action
• Exporting all Google groups without members as a CSV file in the List groups action. 

To retrieve all group members of all groups, in the first rule of Manual trigger => List groups action, configure the List groups action to export all groups as a CSV file.

Then using the CSV file, create a second rule of Data uploaded trigger => List group members action => Upload data to Drive action. The rule will export each group's member list as a CSV file and save each CSV file in a designated Google Drive folder.
