Move Newly Created Account to a Specific OU

We want to set a run to move newly created account to a specific OU.  Our account are previsioned from Azure AD and are created that way.  Is there a specific rule that we could use to automate that for new students?

This is the main part of the automation service we would be look for from this service.  Please advise.
