Hi there

I am following the instructions for the 'Google Calendar Daily / Weekly Agenda To Your Inbox' feature.

When I try in insert the agenda variable the option is not coming up for me and when I type out the variable, it says it does not exist.

The only variables that are coming up for me start with the word 'current'

I'm using a chrome browser.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Monica

Hello Monica,

The instructions you followed have some outdated instructions. We'll sorry about the confusion and will update the instructions soon.
To insert the calendar agenda variable, please
  • Make sure there is a Get calendar agenda action before the Email action in the rule.
  • In the Email action email body, click the screenshot_2023-10-18_10-51-28.jpg button on the editor bar to add a variable.
  • In the dropdown list, select the Calendar agenda variable.
  • The variable is displayed as a "pill".
See this short video.

I hope it works.
Thank you.
