Dear xFanatical Foresight users,

We're excited to announce the release of Foresight Version 4.15.0.

This release includes 4 new templates, 1 new action, and 1 new trigger, providing more ways to automate administrative tasks and maintain consistency across your Google Workspace environment.

New ready-to-use templates:

1. Auto Suspend/Reactivate Users by Changing Users' OU
Managing temporary employees often requires administrators to manually suspend and reactivate accounts.
This template automates the process by monitoring organizational unit (OU) changes and automatically suspending or reactivating users based on the OU they are moved into.

2. Enforce Google Calendar Internal Sharing Option
Calendar sharing settings can vary across users, creating potential privacy and governance concerns.
This template helps administrators automatically enforce a specific internal calendar sharing option throughout the organization.

3. Bulk Update Calendar Events' Visibility
Organizations often need to update event visibility settings across multiple calendar events to meet changing privacy requirements.
This template automatically updates the visibility settings of calendar events in bulk, eliminating the need for manual changes.

4. Bulk update user custom attributes
Managing user custom attributes across a large Google Workspace environment can be time-consuming, especially when updates need to be applied to multiple users at once.
This template allows administrators to bulk update user custom attributes automatically, helping maintain accurate user information and reducing manual administrative effort.

New Action:
Update Calendar Event Visibility
The new Update Calendar Event Visibility action allows administrators to automatically modify the visibility level of Google Calendar events.
This action can be used within workflows to ensure events follow organizational privacy requirements.

New Trigger:
Calendar Access Level Changed
The new Calendar Access Level Changed trigger enables organizations to monitor changes to calendar sharing permissions and automatically launch workflows when changes occur.
Administrators can use this trigger to improve visibility into calendar sharing activities and quickly respond to policy violations.
