Read user fields and status

Hello,

Would like to find a way to read user status ( active, disabled, archived) and users profile info like manager, city and others.

example. Delete a device when not in use for x days. It works and sends an email now but if the user is disabled, it should just skip and delete.

Yes, the action you're looking is Get user info, which would retrieve the user status (suspended, archived), user manager, department information etc. 

After the Get user info action, add an If action. You can set conditions based on the user's statuses, e.g. Is Suspended? is true.
