WWcrew: Our Summer Registrations are still low...Competitive Registration is Live Again

Good afternoon,

If you are planning on rowing with Wayland Weston Crew this summer and have not yet signed up, please do so as soon as possible. We need to ensure that we hit our minimum registration numbers to keep our programs running.

Competitive Group
Dates: July 8th – July 28th
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 11:00am

• We need a minimum of 10 rowers to run this program by July 5th.
• The competitive registration is live again and is open to any rower, novice or varsity, who wants to train to race.
• If we do not reach the minimum, we will combine the development and competitive groups together in the afternoons.

Canadian Henley
Dates: June 28th - August 4th

• We need a minimum of 10 rowers to travel to this regatta.
• The fee for Henley is based on the number of rowers attending. Last year, with 10 rowers, the cost was $1700 per person.
• We are also looking for a chaperone; if anyone is interested, please let us know.
• If you want to race at Henley, there is a section within the competitive registration where you can submit your interest.

Development Group

Dates: June 17th - August 15th

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

• If you plan on rowing in this group, don’t wait to register. Your early registration helps us plan and ensures the program can proceed.
