I hope this email finds you well. I know dealing with the USRowing waiver process can be a bit of a headache.
For this weekend's regatta, it's essential that your rower has an up-to-date "Basic" USRowing Basic waiver (Membership). If they're planning to race at the upcoming USRowing Regional Championship next week, they'll need to upgrade to the "Championship" waiver (membership).
Have a conversation with your rower to confirm their participation in the USRowing Regional Championship. We want to ensure everyone is properly covered without unnecessary upgrades.
To streamline this process, I kindly request that you take care of the waiver by the end of today. If you encounter any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. However, to ensure prompt assistance, kindly refrain from replying directly to this email. Instead, shoot me an email with your child's name in the subject line, and I'll prioritize your query.

Whether you need to renew, upgrade or need a new signed waiver, please use this link https://membership.usrowing.org/ and follow the prompts. When you are prompted to add a club affiliation, add Wayland-Weston Rowing Association and enter the club code EUZXC.
