Hello Everyone!

With less than a week until the official start of preseason, I wanted to reach out to remind everyone that there is still time to register for the upcoming fall season! We've already got a great group of athletes signed up, and as always, the more the merrier.

Preseason practices will begin Monday, August 26th at our normal practice time of 3:45 at the Wayland Town Beach.

Registration Instructions

To ensure a smooth start to the season, we would like to remind you of a couple of important steps you need to take before participating in our crew program:

1) Register with Your School and with WWCREW: First and foremost, all athletes must be registered with their respective schools for the Fall season. If you haven't done so already, please follow the links provided below to complete the registration process:

2) Current Physical Submission: Each athlete is required to have a current physical submitted to the school nurse before participating in any crew activities. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of meeting this requirement for the safety and well-being of all athletes.

Our schedule can be found on our CALENDAR

Please note that our last regatta is the Head of the Fish, which takes place on the last weekend in October. This is an overnight trip and requires an extra fee, typically around $350. The registration details will be posted as soon as possible.

All the best and every excited for the season to come,

Coach Dan

Just another note, there are currently about 20 athletes who have registered with their high schools, but not yet with Wayland Weston.

We use the dual registration as a means of ensuring that athletes are both compliant with the club as well as with their respective schools.

If you have any questions about this, you can reach out to me with a separate email at dmah...@wwcrew.org!

Thank you all,

Dan
