Cheat Sheet for Novice Parents

Hello (fellow) Novice Parents, 

I had a great conversation with another set of Novice Parents who, like me when I was a first-time Novice Parent with no rowing exposure (on my second, now), had some questions to ask and lots of questions they couldn't possibly know to ask. 

Many are answered on the "Novice Parent Cheat Sheet," developed a few years ago to answer a bunch of questions. If you have a chance, read through before the important Crew Parent Meeting on Wednesday at Wayland HS, which I encourage you to consider "mandatory."  As a Weston Parent, the first parent meeting in Wayland was the first excellent opportunity to meet the awesome parents of Wayland, many of whom are now among my best friends.

My additional encouragements to you:  Ask every question that comes to mind (after you've read the Cheat Sheet).  If you have that question, I'd bet four other parents do, too. Lastly, ask any varsity parent any question any time.
