Dear WormBook readers,

Volume 18, number 3 of the Worm Breeder's Gazette is now available at
http://www.wormbook.org/wbg. This issue includes new protocols for
mounting worms for microscopy, preparation of dauer larvae, and
establishing gradients for chemotaxis assays. You will also find
sequence corrections for glp-1 and rrf-3, a description of software for
the COPAS biosorter, and a list of expression clones available from the
Garcia lab. Additional articles describe expression profiles, analysis of
neural networks, and behavioral studies of chemotaxis and self
recognition.
