Updated chapter added to WormBook (fwd)

Dear WormBook readers,

Alternative splicing in C. elegans in the Molecular Biology section of
WormBook has been updated. Pre-mRNA splicing and its regulation, by Alan
Zahler, updates the review of constitutive splicing factors,
identification of alternatively spliced genes, and regulation of
alternative splicing found in it's predecessor. The new chapter also
includes a discussion of the coupling of alternative splicing to
nonsense-mediated decay and describes the significant progress in
uncovering the alternative splicing code in C. elegans.
