Hello everyone,

Kymberly Hirst State Chair, Family Transition Network (FTN) and Sean from TransCen shared an excellent opportunity that they are excited to pass along to you, your schools and teams.

FTN recently completed a three-part series with TransCen, and it was truly a fantastic experience—packed with valuable information and practical strategies that can support your work with students.

They are now offering an additional virtual session, and they highly encourage you to take advantage of it. Please feel free to share this opportunity with your school sites and staff as well.

You’ll find the flyer attached, which includes the registration link and event details.

Here is the intended audience:

This conference is designed for anyone who supports students with complex support needs as they prepare for life after school, including:

  • Families and caregivers of middle and high school students
  • Special and general educators
  • Transition coordinators and related service providers
  • School administrators and district leaders
  • Adult service, employment, and community agency staff

Whether you’re just beginning to think about transition or looking to strengthen what you’re already doing, you’ll leave with ideas you can use right away!

Thank you!
