Just a quick update: Katherine and I are aware that many of you are experiencing issues with the website, and we've encountered these problems ourselves as well.

We don't currently have information on the cause of the problem or when it will be resolved, but please know that we are looking into it.

To help us focus on finding a solution and keep our inboxes manageable, we kindly ask that you refrain from replying to this email. Katherine and I will be sure to send out an update to everyone as soon as we have more information.
