Subject: Livestreaming Option Now Available – Sept. 29 DOR & Cooperative Programs Providing DOR Student Services In-Person Collaboration Meeting

Dear Partners,

Due to popular request and thoughtful consideration, the DOR Cooperative Programs Section is pleased to offer a virtual livestreaming option for the upcoming DOR Cooperative Programs Providing DOR Student Services In-Person Meeting, taking place on Monday, September 29, 2025.

While this meeting is designed as an in-person collaboration between DOR, cooperative program partners, and DOR staff, we understand that not everyone may be able to attend onsite. To help ensure access to the important updates and information being shared, we are offering a livestream of the main session.

Meeting Details:
Date: Monday, September 29, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Optional Activity: Brown Bag Lunch – Best Practice Sharing: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM

Intended Audience:
  • Transition Partnership Programs (TPP)
  • WorkAbility II (WAII)
  • General Reallotment Case Service Contractors (CSC-G)
  • DOR Field Staff supporting cooperative program partners

If you are interested in attending virtually, please complete the Zoom registration form linked below. Each participant requesting to attend virtually must register individually. Once registered, you will receive your unique link to join the livestream.

Please note: The virtual option is being provided to support those unable to attend in person. While we’ll do our best to answer questions submitted by virtual attendees, please be aware that the livestream will have limited interactivity due to the in-person format of the meeting.

We look forward to connecting and sharing key updates, recent policy changes, and best practices with you all.

Warmly,
Cooperative Programs Section (COOPS)
