🚨 ACTION REQUIRED: WorkAbility I EOY Reports Due TODAY, June 15!

Good morning Region 5 WorkAbility I Projects,

This is it! The WorkAbility I End-of-Year Package is due today, Monday, June 15, 2026.

If you have not already done so, please complete and submit your data. Late submissions negatively impact the entire region and delay next year's funding.

🛑 Double-Check the Project Contact "Send" Button!

The number one reason reports are late is that users assume marking sections "Ready for Submit" means they are done.

🔍 Check Your Status: Go to the main menu bar and click CDE Reporting to see the status column. Every report must say "Submitted"

If they say "Send to CDE," the Project Contact MUST click the final blue "SEND TO CDE" button to officially submit each component of the package. Only the primary Project Contact account can see and click these buttons.
