We are writing to share important updates regarding the database and end-of-year reporting as communicated by our TEC Chair.
End-of-Year Reports - Action Required
Please submit your End-of-Year (EOY) reports as soon as possible. Early submission will allow us to identify and resolve any potential issues before deadlines.
Important Database Instructions
When completing follow-up communications for employed participants, please ensure all relevant employment fields are completed. Incomplete fields will trigger errors in the system.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you encounter errors with employment data, please:
- Select "No" for employment initially
- Then select "Yes" to display the necessary section
- Complete all required information in the displayed fields
Updates and Deadlines
- We expect another update soon regarding End-of-Year Package issues and will forward this information as soon as it becomes available
- Reporting deadlines may be extended to accommodate delays caused by technical issues
Support Process
- Katherine and I are being asked to try to resolve any issues at our level before escalating them to CDE or the TEC Chair. This approach will help justify deadline extensions if they become necessary.
- As Katherine wrote the other day, please be sure to use the chain of command and do not go straight to CDE with errors.
