The Singtel Cognitive and Artificial Intelligence Lab for Enterprises (SCALE), at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is looking for

*1x research fellow
*1x research associate and
*1x research assistant (project officer)

for a project of knowledge graph construction and applications (e.g., enterprise knowledge graph and conversation data analysis, etc.).

====Research fellow

* Responsibilities;
- Work with Asst Prof Cheng Long (https://lnkd.in/g9DEVyH), Assoc Prof Aixin Sun(https://lnkd.in/gtE9MjE), and Sunil Sivadas, Ph.D. (https://lnkd.in/gf5fs8N)
- Develop techniques towards building knowledge graphs (including but not limited to entity recognition, relation extraction, entity linking and relation prediction)
- Write research papers and disseminate the research outcomes via conference presentations
- Supervise research staff (including research associates, research assistants and student students) under the project
- Liaise with the project partners from the NCS Group (Singapore) on project deliverables

* Qualifications:
- PhD degree in computer science or related fields of study
- Solid knowledge in knowledge graph related areas (e.g., NLP, information retrieval, machine learning, graph databases, etc.)
- Practical experience of dealing with structured and/or un-structured data, including texts, tables, graphs, etc.
- Good communication and presentation (oral and written) skills (in English)

- Similar to those of the Research Fellow as well as solid programming skills and data engineering skills

- Similar to those of the Research Fellow except for the travel support

====Research assistant (project officer)

* Responsibilities;
- Work with Asst Prof Cheng Long, Assoc Prof Aixin Sun, and Dr. Sunil Sivadas
- Implement models/algorithms for building knowledge graphs

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields of study
- Similar to those of the Research Associate

* Offers:
- Similar to those of the Research Associate
