Help For running discourse parser spade

Respected Sir,
I have downloaded Spade parser. 
I acessed charniak parser on url ftp://ftp.cs.brown.edu/pub/nlparser/
I downloaded first parser file named as 
 parser05Aug16.tar.gz ............ Aug 16  2005 7251818.
I downloaded it in my linux ubuntu home. iT CREATED FILE NAMED AS parser05Aug16.
I CHANGED THE LINE NO 3 AS 
"#$CHP = "/home/NIDHI/parser05Aug16/";

I RUN COMMAND ON TERMINAL
...~$ SPADE.PL wsj_0616.sent


THE COMMAND DOES NOT RUN.


ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST. PLEASE GIVE ME DETAILS TO MAKE MY PARSER RUN ON MY UBUNTU 12.04 VERSION.


I AM USING IT IN MY PHD RESEARCH

Hi Amit:

Please do not use this list to get technical support. This is a
reading list for local students at NUS. You are advised to seek local
Linux expertise for support of other parsers used in the system.

Sorry, we get requests like these often from students in other
universities and do not have the bandwidth to solve them for you.
Repeated requests will be blocked and the list will be moved
subscription only if needed.
