Urgent : required a help in PhD. Problem in Ruuning PDTB-Styled End-to-End Discourse Parser

Respected Sir,
  I want to use your online discourse parser "A PDTB-Styled End-to-End Discourse Parser". I have downloaded the parser and downloaded required libraries in home folder in Ubuntu. I dont know how to proceed next especially in following instructions

- Change line 3 - 6 of src/variable.rb to point to your downloaded Stanford Parser, OpenNLP Tools, OpenNLP MaxEnt, and morpha.


Running the parser
