Hi All!
Lots of emails from me today, my own head hurts so please take a moment.
Few things the creatives have asked me to pass on, so:
- Schedule changes are live in the hub.
- We wish to take this opportunity to formally clarify the expectations surrounding Tuesday evening rehearsals. Attendance is required for all individuals who are called; these sessions are not considered optional. While we acknowledge that occasional prior commitments may arise, and are willing to accommodate such instances within reason, consistent communication is essential. Each rehearsal is structured to provide maximum benefit to both cast and creative teams, and any absence—however well-intentioned—can significantly impact the effectiveness of the session.
- If you have any alterations to your availability, please tell us asap (via email to mamm...@windmilltheatre.com.au). I have changed the published schedule to include the list of known unavailabilities so you can confirm we know about them.
- Scripts Down/Off Book Date - Wednesday 14th May
- If you're texting the phone number to tell us you're late/sick/ect, please include your name in the text! 😆
Additionally, we have a lot happening this weekend (as Elana mentioned).
- I'll invite you all on FB to the set painting event for Saturday, but if you're available and you don't see the Facebook posts, it'll be from 10am at The Factory (where we auditioned you all)

- If you have friends/family/significant others, they are also more than welcome to come down and help!

We will be doing some admin housekeeping this week, so please do not be surprised if we get in contact for missed forms, ect.
Those of you that have already chosen to use the feedback form, thankyou so much, I've already made a change to the hotline; and we've made some informed scheduling decisions from it!
On a personal note from me, thank-you all for being such gems to work with. Trivia night was a roaring success, and while I won't list everyone here, a special thanks to Jack & Amy for keeping our bar running, and for Elana & the Windmill Committee for putting all of the incredible prizes together! To those of you who also contributed from your workplaces, thankyou from the bottom of both my and Windmill's heart!
