Hi Everyone (Cast/Crew/Production Team),

As we're approaching the pointy end of the rehearsal process, we'd love to take the opportunity to touch base with you, see how everyone is feeling, and if there is any feedback anyone would like to give.

This is a form that we'd love to encourage people to fill out, but is by no means required.

You will notice, many of the fields on the form are anonymous if you wish!

This form goes to myself directly, however if there is something you'd like to raise that you don't feel comfortable bringing to me, feel free to email elana at @Elana Heitmann  

Take the opportunity to tell us! What do you need from us? Can we do something more to support you? Are you really enjoying the process!

Any last bit of feedback  really helps us to shape the production as best we can!
