Dear Factory Hirer,

 

I hope this email finds you well.

 

I am emailing to remind you that you have an overdue payment for room hire at The Factory. As we are at the end of the financial year, we require all accounts to be settled so that our annual budget can be finalised, and so that you can continue to book rooms at the Factory in Terms 3 and 4.

 

If you would like me to email you a copy of the invoice, please let me know.
