Dear Windmill Members,

The Windmill Theatre Company would like to invite you to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting which will be held on:

 

When: Tuesday the 14th of October 2025, with the meeting starting at 7.30pm.

Please arrive no later than 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

Where: The meeting will be held in person at 16 Star Crescent Hallam.

Parking: Street parking and limited car parking is available.

 

If you are able to attend the AGM please RSVP to secr...@windmilltheatre.com.au by Friday 10th of October 2025 for catering and logistical purposes.

 

If you are unable to attend, we ask if you could appoint another member who will be attending the meeting (eg. a current Committee Member) to vote and/or speak on your behalf. Please fill out the proxy form attached and return by email to secr...@windmilltheatre.com.au  by Friday 10th of October 2025.
