NEDCC Digital Directions Conference

Howdy, digital projects stewards:

The NEDCC (North East Document Conservation Center)'s annual Digital Directions training conference is open for registration; the conference will take place online June 27 - 29, 2023. Registration is $250, with several scholarships available to cover the cost.

The training agenda is full of great introductory information for the newer digital projects practitioner: the basics of digital preservation, selection and prioritization for digitization, copyright 101, storage 101, managing access, and more. Registration is limited to 125 people to ensure everyone has an individualized experience. This would be a good way to get started if you're newer in your role or taking on new digital projects. 

Registration deadline is June 1, so consider registering soon!
