Upcoming LD4 Wikidata Affinity Group Project Series session on September 16th!

Hi, everyone -–

Please join us on September 16th for the final session of our Introduction to Wikidata/EMCO series, which is meant to introduce EMCO participants and anyone interested to Wikidata and to develop frameworks and skills for entity management in the Wikidata environment. Previous sessions’ slides and recordings can be found on the project page. This session will guide participants through creating a project and project page, followed by an open working hour when participants can create and edit in Wikidata and ask questions.

The LD4 Wikidata Affinity Group is associated with the LD4 Community and investigates how libraries can contribute to and better integrate library metadata with Wikidata to improve access to library resources on the web. The Affinity Group calls provide an informal space to share information and learn more about Wikidata.
