The RentCentric account is managed for most Members by us, Wheelchair Getaways. You've come to the right place to get assistance, too.
Things have seemed to change when I try to send confirmation to my customers, the emails bounce back. Also my settings have changed to "No Reply", I had mine set up so that they can reply.
We haven't changed anything. The settings you have are correct in your account and I performed a test and it worked for me. I don't see the "No Reply" in the set up. Would you please forward the bounce back message you got to:
da...@wheelchairgetways.com? This might need to be escalated to RentCentric support.
How can I contact their IT to get this corrected?
You are right now. This error might be something RentCentric themselves needs to look at. We will create a ticket with their IT Department for you.
Is Accessible Vans of America no longer a working website?
Nope. Accessible Vans of America, LLC is our parent company's name. Our DBA is Wheelchair Getaways. We rebranded back in 2019 and with the rollout of our new RentCentric powered website later in 2022 we will completely move to the WheelchairGetaways.com branding.
AccessibleVans.com is our current website, though. And it is working fine!
