Hi Misty!

I checked in with the insurance company.

So, the letter should have an official raised seal on it - you'll want to see that copy. Then you would want something on there that references the company that is actually renting (a matching name). Also - I wasn't sure what " MobilityforU" is. Was this maybe for another company? You may want a copy for your company or something that is more general if that's the case.

if they can produce those pieces than it will work out.
