I have been having a lot of issues with rent centric lately. I am constantly having to reach out to support because certain functions just stop working. I reached out yesterday because I can not make a future reservation for a van that is currently on rent. I spoke to Patrick yesterday, said he would work on it, never heard back from him. Emailed

ma...@rentcentric.com this morning, I have not heard back from them, problem is not resolved. Is anyone else having these issues with rentcentric? Is anyone else finding support for rent centric lacking? In mid June I couldn't print my A/R report, that took a few days to resolve. In early June, I couldn't email invoice/rental agreement to the customer, that took a week to resolve. These support issues are becoming a regular occurrence and very much hinder me. I literally cant book reservations under a specific vehicle right now.
