What I needed on a COI for a business

Certificate of insurance with the following:

General Liability:

1 million per incident

2 million aggregate

 

Auto Liability:

1 million umbrella

Must extend to all autos and or hired autos

Must state or verbally communicate that it will extend to the rental vehicle itself (collision) as well as liability

 

Worker’s Compensation:

Must be listed

*Your company must be listed as ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED as well as certificate holder
