Download Taps not returning all taps

Vesa, I think I encountered a bug or error with the Taps Recorded report. Raceid=414561

I downloaded what should be the full list of taps recorded from our recent turkey trot. I have a participant who was showing as DNF in the results. I found him in the full results with a starting chip time of 0:06.4. However there is no record on the Taps Recorded report of his start read. 

When I dug in further I found that the Taps Recorded report only had 1010 records. 

The race had 2,226 finishing results. With each participant getting both a starting time and a finishing time recorded from their chip I would expect that this spreadsheet would contain nearly 5,000+ entries. 

Is this something I missed when generating the report? Or is this an error with the report?

Can you send me the taps file from the app?

Start the Webscorer app on your Acer laptop
Navigate to the Home panel
Click on “Race archive”
Click on “My results”
Click on “Plano Turkey Trot”
Click on “View / edit results”
Click on “Taps recorded” toolbar button
Click on “Save taps” toolbar button

The taps file from the app has all the 5260 sequence numbers.

What probably happened is when you posted the results, the taps data did not get posted completely for some reason.  If you repost the results from the app, the taps data should get updated.  

But if you’ve already made edits on the website, reposting from the app would overwrite those edits.  You can use the taps file from the app as your reference to find the racer marked as DNF.
