Has anyone had experience using the Chainway C5 handheld RFID reader?
Two years ago, I bought a similar reader, the Chainway R6, which worked in HID mode (keyboard emulation). Honestly, the experience wasn't great — it would input the 20-digit chip code one by one, very slowly, and it kept disconnecting frequently.
Now I really need a reliable solution because organizers are asking for intermediate readings during races, but I’m afraid of spending around 800 bucks and failing again.
I saw that the C5 connects directly to the app instead of emulating a keyboard. If anyone has one, I’d love to hear about your experience.

Thanks!
